Building Ponds and Waterfalls
Learn how to design and construct basic water features. Information will be given on fish, filtration and water feature maintenance.

Planting Your Pond: Aquatic Plants
We’ll teach you to select aquatic plants, containers, planting media & fertilizer. Information on seasonal care, dividing & transplanting of waterlilies & shallow water perennials.

Watergardening in Containers
We’ll teach you how to create small water features for your patio or balcony. You’ll learn selection of containers, plants & potting media, algae control, winter care & more.

Fee: $15, participants will receive a $10 gift certificate, which can be used in our store anytime & 10% off all waterbowls & plants the day of class

Winterizing Your Pond

Advanced Pond and Waterfall Seminar
A new advanced class taught by Eamonn Hughes. This is a hands-on seminar in which participants will construct an actual pond & waterfall project on site.
Class dates: Spring 2004 (contact us for dates)
Class limit: 15, pre-registration is required
Fee: $175 per person, $250 for couples.
Class includes: Per person or couple: Eamonn’s “Creating your own Water Gardens” video and Waterfalls, Fountains, Pools & Streams book by Helen Nash and Eamonn Hughes, lunch, a 15% discount on pond building supplies and a project workbook.

Advanced Stream Building Seminar
A new advanced class taught by Eamonn Hughes. This is a hands-on seminar in which participants will construct a stream with a buried recirculating tank project on site.
